These Silicone basting brushes are great for hot or cold liquids when you roasting or smoking meats.
Use them to spread sauces and marinades over roasts or ribs or just use water or Apple juice on your smoking meats to keep them moist on the outside and to give them a nice glaze.
Can be washed in a dishwasher but is easy to clean as the bristles are also made of non stick material.
