This is a size #18/125 and is sold by the metre. e.g if you want 2 metres please select a qty of 2 of this product etc.
This elastic netting will stretch out up to 125mm diameter, and is the perfect size for rolled lamb forequaters, boned whole chickens and smaller pork or beef roasts. It is oven safe and used to prepare you meat prior to smoking or roasting.

Just the shot for managing boned out cuts of meat through curing and smoking.
As a first time user of this product, I am very impressed. I probably should have got the next size up, but it is super strong and easy to use. I just rolled it up and put it on the part frozen boned out lamb roast like a stocking! I would highly recommend this netting. It gave me an excellent finish product.
I have used this for cured whole muscles and it makes my life that bit easier. Now I know that my hand tied cuts are not going to fall apart during the drying process!
Rolled an boned meats always used t beat meat as I wrestled with the bulges and spewing filling whle trying to tie string around the goods. Aquick shove into the net and all is well!
We have a small hob by farm and this is great just to have at hand when I make our Pancetta and also for rolled lamb and especially the chickens. Thankyou your a life saver
Purchased 2m for some ham making attempts, and glad I did. Kept tight and elastic even after a slightly disastrous stuffing attempt, ends didn’t unravel under pressure and handled being smoked/cooked for several hours without busting. Great product!
