Liquid Smoke Oil primarily for recipes that cannot tolerate any added water based ingredients, very suitable for adding to oils prior to cooking meats etc or for adding to salamis and sausages.
Try using it as your cooking oil for steaks, chicken, vegetarian and vegan meats!

I have used this oil for quite a while now. It is a full-bodied smokey flavour & very strong – use it carefully until you become used to the degree of flavour you desire. I spray it over meat a few minutes before serving. I also stir it into risottos. A great product !
This oil has been a favourite of mine for years, great flavour & you only need a very small amount.
Used this on my roast lamb and boy were the taste buds jumping!
I’ve been using this product for a few years as I enjoy smokey flavoured food. It’s very strong, only a little is needed. I spray it over meats whilst cooking & recently made my own felafels which I bake in an airforced oven instead of deep frying. I use this oil for those as well. Very pleased with the results.
