This is a fun little smoker. I’ve cooked everything from briskets, pork shoulder, steaks, burgers, chicken to vegetables in it all with exceptional results. Very quick set up and heating time. It takes less than 20 minutes for me to wheel it out of the garage, get it smoking and put the meat on it.
The remote is priceless, I don’t have to leave the house to check the temperature of the meat using the meat probe and remote.
Because the masterbuilt is so compact the cook and smoke time of my meats is less than a traditional stick burner but it is still able to get the meat just as tender.
This is everything I wanted in a quick no hassle smoker.
From the first try at smoking meat to my first jerky eaten, My new Masterbuilt Smoker has been fab. Simple to use and enjoyable the cook with. I have cooked 4 different meats and all have been amazing and I presume it will get better with more experimenting. Well worth the buy. A+
I own a Masterbuilt 30″ smoker in the USA, bought it 5 years ago, good unit, but the Sportsman Elite takes smoking to a new level. Used it last week for a pork shoulder, and some vegies. All were excellent. It is sooo easy to use, the remote and the window really make checking your food easy. And since everything comes out of the smoker, you can clean it up very easily. Great Unit!
Bought this for Hubbys Birthday and it is amazing exactly what the descriptions says. So easy to use and everything is cooked to perfection. The remote is a great little tool can keep an eye on the temp without inside the house.
Awesome product, easy to use and joy to eat the finished smoked ribs, chicken and meat. First time I smoked a chicken and my wife was amazed how it tasted, her words were “best chook I have eaten”. Highly recommend the masterbuilt electric smoker!
i purchased an electric smoker, it arrived and i could wait to get started, i did a brisket and a pork shoulder, the summary of my quest was perfect, put more on, they didn’t get the idea of it taking 5 to 7 hours but are now eagerly waiting my next creation. i was so easy to use, i can hardly wait till i can smoke so fresh salmon.
i have had & master built smoker for about six years. had to buy a new one because old one worn out due to over use.we use our smoker nearly every two weeks from brisket , chicken , fish , beef ribs , american pork ribs & one of the best smoke lamb shanks.love cooking with the master built smoker easy to use set & forget.i find being electric slightly a bit easier to control the heat not going againts other smokers. cheers enjoy peter

Great smoker but I want to know why no one who sells this smoker here sells the stand
My wife bought me this smoker for an early Christmas present. Arrived in perfect condition by courier to my front door. Packaging was very well done, and it only took 20 minutes to assemble. The initial seasoning run worked great with all metallic smells disappearing after an hour. First thing I smoked was a hand of pickled pork which turned out great. Very pleased with the build quality and functionality.
