This is a very strong flavoured concentrated commercial product, we recommend, if you mix it, that you don’t do the tasting immediately as the aroma will be in your senses and you wont be able to taste it.
Hickory is the go to flavour for smoked foods and is a strong but mellow smoke flavour compared to Mesquite. The Hickory bulk smoke powder can be used in foods or on foods making them a great addition to Sausages and Jerky.
