Made using dried chipotle peppers, this jerky seasoning will give your jerky a smokey, chilli kick. Warning – Medium to High heat level!
Hi Mountain Jerky Seasonings are renowned for being some of the best Jerky Cure and Seasoning kits. We have an extensive variety of flavours but if you can’t decide, we also have two Variety Packs, each with 5 different flavours.
Use our kits to make jerky from beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. This jerky seasoning flavour will season approximately 15lbs or 7kg of meat.
Cut the jerky meat by hand or for quicker and easier preparation use the Jerky Cutting Board and Knife. You can also pair the jerky seasoning with the Hi Mountain Jerky Gun to make full flavoured minced meat jerky sticks.

If you want a bite to your jerky or sausage mix, this is the one. When mixing in the spice to your favorite muscle or mince mix wear appropriate PPE – gloves, glasses and breathing apparatus.
I’ve been using the inferno blend for about 6 years now , and love it. I make a fair wack of jerky each week for mates and now mates of mates, with an empty fridge at the end of every week.
What more can you say!

Not for the feint hearted, this super hot & spicy flavouring delivers the kick of chilli at its best! Goes down great with Inferno jerky in one hand a glass of beer in the other!
I made my first batch of jerky using the inferno blend and its fantastic, a nice heat hit that lingers with a great after taste. My only only complaint would be that the spices come with a container to keep them in and dispense them but it has no lid, couldn’t understand that.
First time I have used this and will not be the last. So easy with just the right amount of heat, even the missus enjoyed it.
A great product. Smoked in my Masterbuilt Smoker. Used Apple for smoking.
Actually left the rub a day longer in the fridge.
All my friends loved the Jerky. I purchased a whole Round from my butcher, and sliced 1/4″ thick.
Great bite and plenty of heat to the jerky.
Nice and spicy and true to its word ,this one is not for the faint hearted.I mixed 45% with Hunters Blend 55% and the result was incredibly delicious.
Only big minus is the time it took to receive my order….wayyy tooo long is 2 weeks from despatch advice date….other internet Orders take less than half this time!

Great flavour and chilli kick! My son is a chilli freak and he loves making this jerky with me and taking in his lunchbox for school
i would recommend this seasoning to anyone that likes a hot jerky that sill wants a flavor and not the burn while eating it
This inferno blend is perfect, I combined with lean beef mince and it turned out beautifully
Inferno is a real family favourite
