Hi Mountain Jerky Seasonings are renowned for being the best Jerky Cure and Seasoning kits. We have an extensive variety of flavours but if you can’t decide, we also have two Variety Packs, each with 5 different flavours.
Use our kits to make jerky from beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. This jerky seasoning flavour will season approximately 15lbs or 7kg of meat.
Cut the jerky meat by hand or for quicker and easier preparation use the Jerky Cutting Board and Knife. You can also pair the jerky seasoning with the Hi Mountain Jerky Gun to make full flavoured minced meat jerky sticks.

I loved the Hunters blend seasoning and I’ve found if you mix it with the pepper seasoning it tastes even better. My favourite that I’ve tried so far.
What can I say except love this to bits. only got it the other day, and am delighted in the taste. every body that has tried it wants more, made 2 kilo’s and was all gone in ten minutes what else can I say.
All i can say is get in quick…. because I’m going to buy the the rest.
Very easy quick to use. Little mess and no fuss. I gave mine a 1 1/2 hours of smoke at the start of the drying process and the outcome was fantastic. I had taken some to work and left the bag open on the table, looked around whilst making a cuppa and they were all into it. I didn’t mind so much as there was plenty more at home and it’s a good way to get an idea of how good it is.
Will be ordering more of this one. Only reason it didn’t get 5 Stars is I think it could do with a little extra spice. Will add Onion powder and maybe pepper next batch.
a bit salty for my taste. sweetened up a bit would improve the flavor for me immensely.
I usually use the Hickory Blend for my jerky but tried the new Hunter’s Blend. Very very pleased with the taste. Only problem is now I have to decide which flavour to use next time. Very pleased with the taste.
Love the flavors provided by smoked and cured for Jerky. Only problem is I need to keep my mates stocked up with it as well now.
