Saw this on you tube thought I’d give it a try as Everglades have file tree powder in most spice mixes and very happy with the flavor and the kids loved it had left over for breakfast ….
If you want an all-rounder that is bloody easy and the most flavour enhancing this is the one. Not much more to say than buy some and don’t look back.
I heard of this off Youtube channel: deermeatfordinner
My partner is obsessed with some people on YouTube that use this & so I bought it for him to try. He cooks all the time now & everything tastes great! Happy to pay $30 for spices many more times if he keeps cooking for me!

this stuff is just awesome , after watching deer meat for diner on youtube i just had to get some of this and try it , i want to get the whole range of everglades products 🙂
Rob Arrington was able to talk about this nonstop so I had to give it a try – no regrets!
Im a big fan of deer meat for dinner so when i found this stuff in Aus i was over the moon but a little skeptical of the taste. I now use this with alot of my recipes and it has literally taken over all other spices in the cabinet, i’m just glad it comes in half kg tub lol!
This is the best seasoning I’ve found for wild game. It’s especially good for venison. Would recommend to everyone.
Only used it a couple of times so far, found it great to season meat for casserole, and on chicken pieces before making chicken soup, both turned out great
