This Bavarian Dried Malt Extract (DME) is 100% pure malt extract. It is used in the making of extract wheat beers as well as all grain beers to adjust colour, flavour and gravity of wheat. This home brew extract contains 65% Malted Wheat and 35% Malted Barley.
