A lightly spiced mix that is perfect for Pork and Chicken. Makes a lovely Italian-style variation to what you expect from a traditional European Bratwurst. Simply add cure if you want to make a semi dried sausage.
Cure, Salt and Casings sold separately.
Usage: 1kg will make approximately 30kg of kransky sausages.
