So easy to use mix through your mince stuff into hog casings smoke them on your grill and you have the most awsome flavoured sausage. I could not recommend this product high enough.
I am normally not a Chorizo fan as they are too strong and overpowering. So I thought I’d try my own mix. 60% wallaby and 40% pork belly with the Hi Mountain Chorizo Blend, another sure winner with family and friends tasters.
