Also known as Hungarian Paprika, vibrantly red, this mildly hot powder hails from the capsicum flavour, and has a taste to attest to that! With low levels of bitterness, it has a more prominent fruity flavour, adding to the depth of a dish, without overwhelming it. A key ingredient in Hungarian Salami, it is a great addition to lamb burgers and fresh sausages. To further enhance flavour, heat in oil prior to use.
